The New York SeshPair Academy™ is a program of Serranix LLC, a New York company. This policy covers nyseshacademy.com. Questions and requests: david@serranix.com.
What you provide in your application: your name, email, phone, region, your answers to the application questionnaire (experience, background, availability, and similar), and the video you submit. Our systems also record the time of your submission, your browser type, and a shortened, one-way-hashed form of your network address used solely to block spam and abuse.
Your video is stored privately in access-controlled storage and is viewed only to evaluate your application. It is never published, posted, or shared outside Serranix LLC without your separate written consent. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
To evaluate your application to the Academy, to contact you about your application and about Academy programs, and to build the founding cohort. Every email we send lets you opt out of further contact.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. We do not share your information except with the service providers that store and process it for us (currently Supabase for our database and storage, and Vercel for hosting), or if the law requires it.
Applications are stored in an access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to Serranix LLC and protected by multi-factor authentication.
We keep applications for the admissions cycle they were submitted to, plus a reasonable period for waitlist consideration, and delete them on request.
Email david@serranix.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it — including your video — deleted. Residents of states with privacy statutes (including New York and California) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.
The Academy is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
